He and partner Nick Shanholtz met on his 25th birthday in 2014 and starting making remixes together.
He and Nick used the name Lost Kings because they both felt lost upon first moving to Los Angeles.
He was born Robert Abisi from Boston, Massachusetts, but is also known as Robert Gainley.
Lost Kings has done remixes for popular artists such as Vance Joy and Halsey.
