Irish winger and left backer known as a mainstay on the Irish national team, winning back-to-back FAI Under-21 International Player of the Year awards in 2012 and 2013. He has also had successful stints with Manchester United, Hull City, and Burnley in Premiere League.
He went to school at Pobalscoil Neasain and was a member of the Under-16 All-Ireland champion team.
In September 2012, he became the most prolific Irish goalscorer ever at the Under-21 level.
His younger brother Gareth Brady has also played internationally for Ireland. He had a daughter named Halle with long-term girlfriend Kerrie Harris, whom he later married in June 2018.
He has played alongside Scottish winger Robert Snodgrass at Hull City.
