Irish fitness trainer whose YouTube and Instagram stardom helped propel his Lipsett Fitness brand. He has more than 550,000 Instagram followers to go along with 460,000 YouTube subscribers. In 2018, he began appearing on the TV dating show Love Island.
He decided to forego college and pursue a career as a fitness trainer, starting out on Facebook before joining Instagram and YouTube in 2014.
He played rugby at a high level while in secondary school, but he found himself more in love with the training than the actual sport.
He started dating fellow fitness Instagram model Sarah Godfrey in 2011. He has three older sisters.
He posted a vlog in 2016 where he went to Gold's Gym in Venice, California and worked out with Calum Von Moger and Steve Cook.
