Illustrator who is best known for his webcomic, which he co-created, called Cyanide & Happiness. He officially published the first of what would be subsequent daily posts on January 25, 2006.
He was a student at the University of Texas at Dallas when he began collaborating on Cyanide & Happiness. He would Skype into meetings, and did not officially meet his 3 co-creators until 2007 at San Diego's Comic Con.
He has been a regular contributor to the webcomic's site since its launch in 2006. He has created various short comic series and animated shorts with the aid of his co-creators. In 2007, he released a 6-episode animated series called Joe Zombie.
He was born and raised within the United States.
He has stated that he and his collaborators have derived inspiration from Terry Gilliam's Monty Python animations.
