Longtime college basketball coach who was a five-time WAC Coach of the Year at the University of Utah.
He played two years of basketball at Marquette University before becoming a coaching assistant in 1971.
He started coaching for Saint Louis University in 2007 after a 15-year stint at the University of Utah.
He had a two-year marriage with Deor Mary Hitt that began in 1987.
He coached future NBA point guard Andre Miller at the University of Utah.
