Richard Adolf Zsigmondy

An Austrian chemist who won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1925 for his research in colloids. His studies of colloids helped create cranberry and ruby colored glass objects.
He enjoyed climbing mountains with his brothers when he was younger.
A crater on the moon is named "Zsigmondy" in recognition of his important work.
He had two daughters with his wife Laura Luise Muller, who he married in 1903.
