British abstract sculptor whose works are often constructed from everyday materials, such as laminated plywood.
He studied at the Somerset College of Art, Taunton, St. Martin's School of Art, London and the Royal College of Art.
He was a winner of the Turner Prize.
His parents raised him in Bangor, Wales.
He and Gabriela von Habsburg are both known as abstract sculptors.
