Famous as the host of The Rich Roll Podcast, where he often discusses self-improvement and life enhancement. Also a dedicated ultra-athlete, he finished 11th overall at the 2008 Ultraman World Championships.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Stanford University, where he was a member of the swim team. He later gained his law degree from Cornell University.
He was named one of Men's Fitness Magazine's 25 Fittest Guys in the World in 2009. In 2012 he released his debut book, Finding Ultra: Rejecting Middle Age, Becoming One of the World's Fittest Men, and Discovering Myself.
He is married with four kids.
He has interviewed a wide variety of thought leaders on his podcast, including Jay Shetty, Erin Brockovich, and David Goggins.
