She started playing violin at the age of four, attending Lübeck College of Music when she was twelve and completing her school studies at Munich College of Music.
She plays on an 1858 Stradivarius copy by Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume.
She was born in Selent, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, where her mother taught her how to play violin.
Her Violin Solo series features a variety of works, including "Élégie," which was composed by Igor Stravinsky.
