William Perry

Former Chicago Bears defensive tackle from 1985 to 1993. He helped the Bears win Super Bowl XX and retired with 29.5 sacks in 138 games.
He was a consensus first team All-American as a junior at Clemson.
His birth name was William but due to ghis overly large size as a defensive lineman, he was simply called The Refrigerator.
He married Sherry Ann Broadwater in 1982.
He scored a rushing touchdown in the Super Bowl when the team could have also given the ball to the legendary Walter Payton.
