Raymond Duchamp-Villon
Sculptor
French sculptor who made bronze statues, such as The Large Horse, located in the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston.
He lived in the Montmartre Quarter of Paris and studied medicine at the Sorbonne.
He used the Duchamp-Villon name to distinguish himself from his brother.
His brother Jaques Villon was also a sculptor.
He promoted the Cubist movement, of which William Zorach was a part of.
