American fitness instructor who built a name for himself under the professional moniker Mr. Shut Up and Train. He is recognized for having worked with clients such as Ciara, the NFL, and Letoya Luckett.
He graduated from Florida A&M University and was a member of the Sigma Beta Delta honor society.
He founded the health and fitness organization Athletes and Entertainers In Motion (AEIM).
He is originally from Plainfield, New Jersey.
