World Music Singer
Acclaimed Spanish singer known widely as a pioneer in modern Spanish music. Since his career began in 1965, he has released more than five dozen successful albums and expanded his popularity internationally into Latin America.
He was only three years old when he began singing and by four had joined a children's choir. At nine, he'd won the title of Best Child's Voice in Europe in contests.
In 2000, he starred in the Spanish musical adaptation of Jekyll & Hyde.
He married aristocrat and journalist Natalia Figueroa and the two have three children, Jacobo, Alejandra and Manuel.
He has dabbled in acting and in 2015 starred opposite Mario Casas in the comedy film Mi Gran Noche.
