He began his youth career with Benevento.
He won back-to-back Torneo di Viareggio titles with Juventus in 2003 and 2004.
He is the son of soccer player Gugliemo Palladino. He has siblings named Milena Palladino, Michele Palladino, Biagio Palladino.
