Peruvian football player who is known for his work with the Seattle Founders football club as a striker. He is also known for playing as a forward for the Peru national team.
He began his youth career in 1998 with the Universitario academy. In 2008, he began playing with the clubs first team and made his professional debut. After being loaned to several clubs, he joined the Seatlle Sounders FC in 2018. His debut with Peru's national came in 2011.
He has won several individual awards for his playing including top scorer of the Peruvian Primera Division in 2013 and Best Forward of Liga MX during his 2016 season.
He was born and raised in Villa Maria del Triunfo, Peru.
He played in the 2018 FIFA World Cup for Peru's national team alongside Aldo Corzo, Christian Ramos, and Christian Cueva.
