Queen Harrison
Hurdler
Olympic hurdler and sprinter recognized for representing the United States at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She won a gold medal in the 100 meter hurdles at the 2015 Pan American Championships.
While studying at Virginia Tech, she became the first woman in NCAA history to win both the 100 meter and 400 meter hurdles at the 2010 NCAA Outdoor Championships.
In December 2010, she won The Bowerman, the track and field equivalent of the Heisman trophy.
Born to Alicia Wingate and William Harrison, she has 22 siblings. Her fiancee is Olympic long jumper Will Claye. The two became engaged in August 2016.
Both she and Tiffany Williams competed for the U.S. in the 400 meter hurdles at the 2008 Summer Olympics.
