Singer-songwriter known for his partnership with Art Garfunkel in Simon & Garfunkel. He went on to find solo success with albums like Graceland.
He met Garfunkel while performing in Alice in Wonderland for their sixth grade graduation and they went on to perform at school dances together.
His and Art Garfunkel's work was theirly used in the film The Graduate, which starred Dustin Hoffman.
He married Peggy Harper in 1969, Carrie Fisher in 1983, and Edie Brickell in 1992. He has four children, three sons named Harper, Gabriel, and Adrian and a daughter named Lulu.
He appeared in Annie Hall with Woody Allen and Diane Keaton
