He grew up playing baseball in Huntington Beach, CA up until he turned pro in disc golf in 2007. He started playing disc golf in 2004 at Huntington Beach Disc Golf Course and began playing on tour in 2008.
With his success, he gained a sponsor in Innova Champion Discs.
He was born in Huntington Beach, California.
