Actor best recognized for his recurring television roles including as Sean Egan on the 2016 series The Path as well as Calvin Owens in the 2007 series Greek. He is also know for his feature film roles and has starred in Cry Wolf and The Architect.
He attended Syracuse University where he graduated in 2003 with his degree in Theater. His acting debut came in 2005 when he appeared on an episode of Cold Case. He started gaining further atention when he landed the leading role in the 2006 feature The Architect.
He was nominated for an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series in 2009 for his performance on the series Greek.
His sister L. Penelope is an author known for having written Song of Blood and Stone.
