He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1992 and was stationed in Germany.
He would normally gain the victim's trust and enter their home before tying them up, raping them, and strangling them.
He met his wife while stationed in Germany, and they had two daughters.
He strangled his victims, as did Anthony Sowell.
