She grew up in British Columbia and studied acting at the University of Alberta in Edmonton.
She was nominated for a Leo Award for her performance in the 2005 Canadian film A Simple Curve.
She married fellow actor Danny Dorosh in 2002. They have two children together.
She appeared in a 2006 episode of writer and producer Alfred Gough's popular series Smallville.
