Stage name J.Vin, he is a lead rapper, backing vocalist, and maknae for the DreamT Entertainment-formed K-pop group MAP6, which debuted in November of 2015 with a single called "Storm."
He was previously part of another K-pop group called A-PRINCE under the stage name of Woobin.
His band MAP6 has performed singles in both Korean and Japanese.
He was born in Siheung City, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
He would perform alongside Kang Byung Seon in MAP6.
