Pop singer who caused a stir when he was disqualified on the Israeli Pop Idol show Kokhav Nolad when it was revealed that he was too young to compete. Despite the controversy, he released Names Mimeh, his debut album, in 2010.
He was selected to participate in the 7th season of Kokhav Nolad, a singing competition show, lasting for 6 weeks before blogger Omri Hayon reported that at the time he was only 15, not 16 like the rules require. He confirmed the report and removed himself from the competition.
After leaving the show, he toured Israel, releasing singles from his debut album as he went.
He was born in Mishmas HaShiva, Israel. He frequently posts photos with his girlfriend onto his Instagram.
Kokhav Nolad is the same show that gave Israeli rocker Ninet Tayeb her start after she won the debut season.
