Reggae Singer
Singer and songwriter who first rose to fame as one half of the R&B and reggae duo Brick and Lace with her sister Nyla. She has since released her debut solo EP Slippery When Wet and written hit singles for artists like Christina Aguilera and Nicole Scherzinger.
She and her sister Nyla formed Brick & Lace while she was in high school. By 2006, they had been signed by Akon to Konvict Muzik.
In 2010, she and her sister formed the songwriting team Bloodline which later became responsible for the chart topping single "Follow the Leader" by Wisin & Yandel and featuring Jennifer Lopez.
Her father, a Jamaican, and mother, an American, had four daughters: herself, Tasha, Nyla, and Candace.
She was a featured artist on the Ian Thomas single "Run Away."
