Nora Mangiamele
Fitness Instructor
International Alliance certified yoga instructor who has taught Flow Yoga as well as Yin/Deep Stretch Yoga. She has her own YouTube channel, Yogi Nora, which has 60,000 followers and counting.
She was a music major in college and was a classical flutist and singer.
She has been featured in publications such as Mantra Magazine, Elephant Journal, and Yoga Life.
Her mom gave her a book on 28 consecutive days of yoga at the age of 8 and she was hooked from there. She grew up very shy and used yoga as a way to express herself through movement.
She and Jessamyn are both recognized yoga instructors.
