Soccer coach and former manager who managed England's Under-19 squad from 2009 to 2014. As a player, he was a defender for clubs like Leeds United and Exeter City.
He was born in Kingston, Jamaica and made his senior debut with Sutton Coldfield Town in 1978.
He won back-to-back Portsmouth Player of the Season awards in 1986 and 1987.
He has been married and has two children.
He and Steve Perryman have both served as the manager of Exeter City.
