Famous for her roles on the German soap operas Verbotene Liebe, Alles Was Zahlt, and Gute Zeiten, Schlechte Zeiten, this popular actress also appeared in a drama series titled Unter Den Linden – Das Haus Gravenhorst.
In the early years of her acting career, she won the 1995 Hamburg Windsurfing Championship.
She co-wrote and published a pregnancy-themed advice book titled Generation Mam.
She grew up in Hamburg, West Germany. In late 2003, she gave birth to a son named Lennox.
She is a contemporary of fellow German actress Selma Ergec.
