Greek soccer player known as a member of clubs like Panathinaikos and the Greek national team. He won the Greek Cup title with Panathinaikos in 2014.
He came up through the Ergotelis youth system and made his senior debut with the club in 2005.
In April 2008, he became the youngest footballer ever to play for Ergotelis in a Greek Super League match.
His father is Konstantinos Karelis.
He has played alongside English goalkeeper Luke Steele at Panathinaikos FC.
