Considered a prodigy who has been invited to play for Prince Edward multiple times and who has won myriad awards for her performances, including the 2004 BBC Young Musician of the Year Competition at the age of sixteen.
She led the National Children's Orchestra of Great Britain at the age of eight and had already passed eight years of musical examinations a year later.
She was invited to play with the London Symphony Orchestra on their recording for "Barbie of Swan Lake" in 2003.
She has dated Leonard Elschenbroich, a German cellist.
She attended the Yehudi Menuhin School in 1997.
