Famous for his Seattle-based PBS cooking shows Nick Stellino's Family Kitchen and Cucina Amore, this Italian-born chef is also notable for his cookbooks, which include Nick Stellino's Glorious Italian Cooking and Nick Stellino's Passione: Pasta, Pizza, Panini.
After abandoning a career on Wall Street, he became an apprentice of Italian-American chef Celestino Drago.
He made frequent appearances at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival.
He spent his youth in Palermo, Sicily, Italy, and later lived and worked in New York City before settling in Los Angeles, California, with his wife, Nanci.
He and Laura Vitale are both Italian-American celebrity chefs.
