Neal Pollack
Novelist
American fiction and satire writer and journalist. His titles include The Neal Pollack Anthology of American Literature, Alternadad, and Beneath the Axis of Evil.
He studied journalism at Northwestern University and worked for a time for the Chicago Reader.
His 2013 appearance on the popular game show Jeopardy! earned him more than $60,000.
He helped found a website called Offsprung.com, for which he subsequently wrote a humorous parenting advice column.
He published numerous pieces in McSweeney's, a magazine run by Dave Eggers.
