Pakistani-American rapper who first made a name for himself in the underground rap scene with releases like Dedicated 2 the Oldies. He is also the owner of the Hi-Power Entertainment record label. He released two EPs in 2017: Jackin' Your Beats and Gangster Love.
He lived as a gang member before being released from prison in 1998, at which point he began pursuing a rap career.
A scheduled 2008 concert of his in Greeley, Colorado was cancelled by the local government due to concerns that his music would glorify gang violence in the region.
His birth name is Fahd Azam. He grew up in California's San Gabriel Valley.
His song with Twista, "Don't Get it Twisted," cracked the Top 40 on the U.S. Rhythmic charts in 2006.
