About

A teenage city kid is dismayed when he learns that his mom is moving the family to a village in the south of Austria. Things are made worse when locals allude to the fact that their new home has sinister occupants.

The movie's original German title is Das schaurige Haus. It is based on Martina Wildner's 2012 novel of the same name.
