A group of theatre stars head to a small conservative town to support a girl who wants to take her girlfriend to prom in this musical comedy. The film was produced and directed by Ryan Murphy. 

Trivia

The movie is based on the 2018 Broadway musical of the same name. Filming of the movie was briefly suspended in March of 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
