When Jules finds out that his grandfather is actually Santa Claus he is tasked with helping the jolly holiday figure to deliver presents all around the world. The only issue is that Jules hates Christmas.

The movie's original Dutch title is De Familie Claus. It was originally slated for a theatrical release but Netflix picked up distribution rights during the COVID-19 pandemic.
