Direct sequel to the 2016 horror film Don't Breathe. Blind veteran Norman Nordstrom has been in hiding in an isolated cabin with a young girl. All the while he has been recreating his family life that was taken from him by a drunk driver years before. The film was directed by Rodo Sayagues.

Filming took place in Serbia from August to October of 2020. The screenplay was co-written by Fede Alvarez.
