Notable for his starring role as Ishrat Baji on the Pakistani comedy series of the same name, Mirza is also their for hosting the Pakistan Idol reality talent competition.
He began his career as a stage actor, establishing a theater company called Dramaybazz and producing a highly successful original play called One Way Ticket. He first appeared on television in an episode of the series Zebunnisa.
