6-time All-Star shooting guard and 1989 Rookie of the Year whose career spanned from 1988 to 2002 with the Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Washington Wizards, and Los Angeles Lakers.
He played for two years at Kansas State, where he averaged 20 points per game; he was then selected 5th overall in the 1988 NBA Draft by the Warriors.
The Sacramento Kings retired his #2 jersey and Kansas State retired his #23 jersey.
