Michel Temer

In 2011, this Brazilian Democratic Movement Party politician took office as his country's twenty-fourth Vice President. Previously, he had served as President of the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies.
After earning his law degree from the Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo, he became a state prosecutor and public security secretary.
He was the second Brazilian Vice President to come from a family of Lebanese descent.
He and his first wife, Maria, raised three children.Through another relationship and a later marriage to a woman named Marcela, he fathered two additional children.
He served as Vice President of Brazil under the administration of the country's first female president, Dilma Rousseff.
