Michel Polnareff
Pop Singer
French singer who was a popular act in his native country in the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. His albums Love Me Please Love Me, Bulles, Kama-Sutra, and Live at the Roxy all topped the charts.
After serving in the military, he won the Disco Revue prize in 1965. He released his debut album in 1966.
He's been the subject of various documentaries in his native country, including Michel Polnareff Devoile and Quand l'écran s'allume.
He was born to Leib Polnareff and Simone Lane.
He's worked with Mike Oldfield.
