Singer known for his time with The Misfits in the late 1990s. He also fronted his own groups called Graves Band and Gotham Road and released popular solo work.
He heard from his sound engineer that The Misfits were looking for a singer, so he joined the group to record American Psycho and Famous Monsters; he also wrote tracks like "Dig Up Her Bones."
After leaving The Misfits, he formed the Graves Band, which lasted only one album. He then formed Gotham Road, which had a successful run before Graves joined the Marines Corps.
His real name is Michael Emanuel. He's talked about his conservative political views, and he became a libertarian in 2013.
As part of The Misfits, he contributed to the soundtrack of the 1995 film Animal Room, which starred Neil Patrick Harris.
