He began acting at the renowned Pasadena Playhouse when he was just twelve years old.
He appeared on such television shows as Alice, The Partridge Family, Law & Order, and Cheers.
He was born in Colorado and raised by adoptive parents in California.
He appeared alongside Debbie Allen in the 1968 Broadway revival of Sweet Charity.
