Music producer who is the husband of Shontell McClain and the father of Disney star China Anne McClain.
He produced the debut album of Solange Knowles.
He produced the lead promotional single for the Disney film Chimpanzee that was performed by his daughters Sierra, Lauryn, and China.
He was born in Atlanta, Georgia and then relocated to Los Angeles. He and Shontell married on April 16,1993; they have three daughters and a son together.
His son Gabriel McClain is also an actor; he and his sisters appeared in Tyler Perry's Daddy's Little Girls.
