He earned a degree in Construction Engineering and Business Development from the University of Melbourne. He then began his career as a general contractor.
A real estate mogul, he founded Monumental Realty and eventually opened the Australian restaurant Oz.
He and his previous wife had been married for two decades before divorcing in 2010. He married Ashley in 2014. He has two children from his previous marriage. He and Ashley welcomed their son Dean in July 2019 and their son Dylan in March 2021.
He appears on The Real Housewives of Potomac alongside Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon.
