Melany Watson

Singer who rose to fame for the release of her single Illuminate on iTunes and SoundCloud. She also made an appearance auditioning for the sixth season of The Voice and became a plus-size model for NYC TRUE Model Management.
As a child, she began performing in school choirs. She studied at Belmont University and later won the Abe Olman Scholarship presented by the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
She performed on the Tonight Show, hosted by Jimmy Fallon, doing background vocals for Tori Kelly.
She grew up in Texas but would later call Brooklyn, New York home. She toured the Texas Opry circuit with her mother in her youth. Their act was titled "Melva Lee and Melany." She created an Instagram for her two dogs named Dolly and Baybi.
She performed alongside Trisha Yearwood at Christmas at Belmont on PBS National Television.
