Peruvian actress who is known for her roles in both film and in television. She is best recognized for having played Gabriela in the 2006 film Black Butterfly and Lisa in the 2005 film Un Dia Sin Sexo.
She studied at the Colegio Santa Ursula and went on to study Communications at the University of Lima. She made her debut on television in 1996 in the telenovela Cuchillo y Malu. Her film debut came in 2000 when she played Karina in City of M.
She has won several awards for her acting including Best Latin American Actress at the Malaga Spanish Film Festival in 2007 for her role in Black Butterfly.
She was born in Lima, Peru and was raised there, Ecuador, and in Venezuela as well. She also has a daughter named Lucia Perez-Garland.
She starred alongside Magdyel Ugaz and Yvonne Frayssinet in the 2006 feature film Black Butterfly.
