Known best for her role as Deni on the TNT science fiction series Falling Skies, Danso also appeared in episodes of Supernatural and The Killing and played a small role in the 2015 film Fifty Shades of Grey.
Early in her career, she made an uncredited appearance in the Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried movie Jennifer's Body.
She acted in a 2014 episode of the Fox Network series Almost Human.
She was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
She and British actress Scarlett Byrne both had recurring roles on Falling Skies.
