Beginning with a variety of literary essays featuring his travels and reflections on films and other pop culture, he wrote his first novel The Soul of Evil in 2002.
He has written several novels within a series where each book both takes place and represents a different season.
He was born and raised in Herblay in Val-d'Oise, France. He married Faustine Bollaert and together they have two children, Abbie and Peter.
