Hilarious British comedian, stage actor, and movie actor who is best remembered for his ludicrously attired and hilariously strutting Professor Wallofski. In 1977 he plated King Bruno the Questionable in Terry Gilliam's film Jabberwocky.
He played the role Jack in 'Mother Goose' with a traveling stage company at age 14.
His performances influenced a sketch for 'Monty Python' and won parts in Waiting for Godot in 1979 and Krapp's Last Tape in 1984.
He grew up with his brother Alex and his father until his father died of tuberculosis in 1920.
He co-starred in "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" with Dick Van Dyke.
