Brought to life the character of Twitch in the acclaimed Netflix series The Killing and Krispin Stockley in the Playstation Network series Powers. He has also held recurring roles on the BBC's Wolf Hall and Mayday.
Despite not having any prior acting training, at the age of seventeen he came in second in his auditions for the role of Freddie in the popular series Skins, losing the role to Luke Pasqualino.
Growing up an avid skateboarder, he used his prior skills to help him in the skateboarding scenes in The Killing.
Born to Karen and Simon Fowler in Strawberry Hill, he is the youngest of three children. His sister, Francesca, is an actress and writer and his brother, Beau, is a writer, director, and fight choreographer. His father, Simon, is a photographer active in the music industry.
He made his film debut as Jake Eaves in the 2010 film F alongside Eliza Bennett.
